Pericardial Tumors - Metastatic - II

Fibrnous exudate on the epicardia l surface of the heart shows malignant cells from a gastric carcinoma primary tumor. Note the adipose tissue of the epicardium and the carcinoma cells present in lymphatic capillaries as well as mixed with the fibrinous exudate.
